Battle of Waterloo Re-enactment

 

Olympic rider Ian Stark poses as the Duke of Wellington ahead of a re-enactment of the Battle of Waterloo at Penielheugh near Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders  on Sunday 28 June where he will use the stirrups worn by the Duke on his mount, Copenhagan at the Battle in 1815. The free family event commemorates the 200th anniversary of the Battle and features displays, music and food and drink.
