Welcome to the Ian Stark Equestrian Centre. Located in the heart of the Scottish Borders, we hope the centre will be the premier venue for all things equestrian in the south of Scotland.
The centre will offer riding lessons and expansive hacking and trekking – taking over the reins from Dryden Riding Centre, which Jenny started 40 years ago with just six highland ponies. The Ian Stark Equestrian Centre now has around 40 horses and ponies and is busy for lessons and hacking 7 days a week. The centre is BHS approved and all instructors are first aid trained and have full disclosures. There will also be the opportunity to have lessons with Ian Stark on your own or his horses.
The Ian Stark Equestrian Centre will be a Scottish forum for competitions and training in all equestrian disciplines. Further details can be found in the fixtures section of the website. The arena and facilities will be available for hire to any organisation interested in running their own events – for prices see ‘Facility Hire.’
We very much hope that you will come and enjoy the Ian Stark Equestrian Centre and thank you to everyone who has supported this venture.
